But before I do that I at least want to know how they are and if I will be compatible with one. Please advise what I can do.”

Regarding Hindu girls, the first thing that you will need to do is to conduct some research. First, in your area, where are they? You live in a tourist area, so you will have a lot of visitors coming all the time, and probably you will have some Hindus from California. So you might want to check locally first.

How far can you drive to meet one? So let us say you can drive 25 miles. Well then draw a circle around your town and see what area that covers and do some research to see if there are any large communities of Hindus.

Since you are so young, your best chances are to target Hindu students. So it will be important to find each educational institution in the circle you draw, go to their websites, and find out if they have an international student population and if any Hindu students are there. It is also perfectly fine to call the international student office to ask if they have any Hindu students; you can simply say that you are trying to learn more about Hindu culture. Then you can start participating in some of their group activities like festivals and parties and hopefully you will run into some girls.
