Brazilian bikini wax
Should I ask my wife to have it?

The Brazilian bikini wax (or thong wax) is a hair removal procedure that eliminates almost all hair in the privates. It supposedly started in Brazil; that is reason for its name. Since some bathing suits in Brazil are so revealing and body care is so important, it seams normal to have such a radical waxing.  But now this procedure has become popular all over the world even in countries where women typically do not wear swimsuits in public.  Carmen Electra and Eva Longoria are reported to have them regularly.  Eva claims that it has made life so much better in the bedroom for her and Tony Parker.  She recommends that every woman should try Brazilian bikini wax once and when they show their new body to their partner, they will go back for more. While Lindsay Lohan has never admitted it, when her dress got lifted too high accidentally at the Venice Film Festival, she was not wearing her panties and it became known that she also believes in Brazilian bikini wax.  Hollywood celebrities who have had it done say that it makes them feel more feminine and clean. Vanessa Williams told Essence magazine that "it makes me feel really clean." Gwyneth Paltrow was quoted as saying that the Brazilian bikini wax has changed her life.  P. Diddy has admitted to shaving down there too.  So while labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, and hymen repair are interesting procedures, one may want to start off with a Brazilian bikini wax.

It is very painful; we mean very painful. After a few treatments, though, the pain seems a bit lighter (you just get used to it), but the very first time, it is intolerable.  It is also important to note that the skin does not remain silky smooth forever.  In fact after couple of days, you start to feel the skin losing its soft feel and in about 4-5 weeks, you need to go back to the salon. A Brazilian bikini wax has to be done by an expert and that is why not all spas and salons offer it.  It is also slightly more expensive.  Another thing that discourages some women from going for a Brazilian bikini wax is that they have to undress completely in front of a stranger who will be looking at and touching their private parts.

It is a popular treatment right now for many reasons. With the popularity of thongs (Related article:  Thongs with jewels) over traditional panties, a clean area looks better. The use of certain bathing suits requires this waxing, and last but not least, some people think that it enhances the experience during physical intimacy. Whether this last item is true or not is difficult to say, because it is a very personal experience. I have friends who say that they love it; I know people who think it is not worth it.  But it definitely intrigues men.

If your wife has never had any type of waxing done, we suggest she first try some waxing on her legs to get used to the feeling and then a regular bikini wax. If she is an experienced waxer, then she can try it and it may be worth it. Good luck.
