Use new towels, big and fluffy. Oprah keeps talking about this and how much she enjoys using
soft towels. You do not have to break the bank; they just have to be in relatively good condition and nicely arranged.
Try to keep drinking water decorated with limes, lemons, cucumbers, cranberries or other berries and nice glasses on hand.
If you like music, soft
instrumental music can promote romantic relaxation.
Preparing the bath
If you both can fit in the tub, that's great. This will be a wonderful treatment for both of you; but if your tub only fits one person, offer this treatment to your loved one for a special occasion or just to celebrate your love.
There are many types of hydrotherapy treatments you can do:
aromatherapy,
mineral
bath, milk bath, kefir bath (yogurt) and
herbal baths. Although the bubble bath is very popular and it is very playful, it is not the only option. It may be worthwhile for the sake of variety and adventure to try new exotic baths.
You may use some
bath salts, oils, herbs or a combination of these. Ideally you must use only one fragrance to avoid mixing aromas. You can treat yourself to luxurious toiletries or use home-made ones.
You will feel the fragrances during the first few minutes, but the aroma will faint as time goes by. There are two reasons for this: the aroma is disappearing and your nose is getting used to it. You do not need to add more essential oil, the fragrance is there;
it's just that you do not smell it, but your body feels its effects. If the weather permits try to keep windows and doors closed to trap the aroma.
