While the description that you have provided to me makes me think that you are warm, cute, sweet girl and would definitely appeal to a Japanese guy but as you have probably learned by now there are no universal rules of attraction. I know Japanese guys who are married to girls who look nothing like the Japanese girls. I also have met Japanese guys who look for at least some Asian characteristics.

So the best way to find a Japanese guy is to approach them whenever you get a chance. Always be yourself, though. Do not try too hard to be a Japanese woman, or for that matter, anyone else, because that will show and will look totally unnatural.
