Is my old girlfriend trying to revive our relationship?

She has been showing interest in me again

Alfredo writes, "There is a girl in my class, we are friends for ages but we don't talk very often. We once dated a few years ago though nothing serious came out of it. I had already forgotten about that, but since 4 or 5 weeks, during classes, she looks at me and starts smiling. I smile back. She knows that I feel something for her, and she told me that I attract her too. We chat online and she calls me sweet. Even though she said that she feels something for me and knowing that I like her, she told me to let things go, to let time pass, and if something has to happen, it will happen. This is what confuses me. I really like her and can't find the patience. What should I do?"

Image of a girl asking for belief in loveIt looks to me that old feelings are being revived because the behavior is clearly one of renewed interest. Now her words are saying that instead of you going crazy for her and pursuing her like a madly-in-love boy, she wants you to take it slow so that feelings develop over time. I would advise you that you follow her suggestion because if you are too aggressive and pushy that might turn her off. So be nice, warm, sweet, and attentive, but let her call the shots. Trust me, when she is ready, she is the one who will ask you out on a date and all you will have to do is to show up. Patience always pays off.
