Is your wife likely to cheat on you?

Probably not, but the temptation is there

By Pierre Coda

Two very interesting surveys have come out that tell some very interesting things about married women in America.  According to Family Circle survey:

But the good news is that while the divorce rate is still high at about 50%, as many as 90% of the people remain faithful, according to a survey by CDC.  Indeed it is true that many American wives are not very happy in their marriages, but the things that women want from men are relatively simple and easy to give.

How to prevent adultery from hurting your relationship?

  • Make your wife the center of your "personal" universe.  I am serious when I say this.  If you can't give your absolute best to your marriage, then shame on you.  You should have never gotten married.
  • Understand her needs.  And understand that women are different and you have to make an effort to appreciate those differences.  For instance, while you might be thinking that you are doing hell of a job in the bedroom, the bottom line is that two out of three women say that they would like to change their husband's sexual style, according to the same Family Circle survey.  What do they want?  More foreplay, more cuddling, and more focus on her needs.
  • Focus on the little things.  Ever wondering why a dozen roses have a more positive impact on her than a $500 evening dress?  In fact if you just tell a woman how much you love her a couple of times a day, you have already demonstrated that you are a great husband.
