Since the publication of that story we have heard from many women who have provided their own natural cures for treating PMS.  Here we are sharing some of them.

To alleviate PMS, some women do yoga. Among the most used asanas are: The crocodile, child pose and the bridge.

Make sure you are taking enough calcium daily.  Apart from being an important natural supplement for all women, it also helps in making PMS less stressful.

Drink chamomile tea. Chamomile is an anti-inflammatory agent. It helps to relieve the tenderness of the body parts. It also helps to treat and prevent cramps and to keep you calm during a time when you might get more irritable and anxious.

Try to keep your spirits at peace during this time. Every time you feel like crying, think that it is a hormonal reaction and focus on the positives around you. It is a good idea to listen to relaxing music, if possible.

If you spend a lot of time in your car, you may want to purchase an aromatherapy burner that connects to the cigarette lighter. Make sure that you use high-quality, 100% natural essential oils, and not some cheap fragrance.

Use aromatherapy products. If you get sad or sensitive, get a candle or a burner. You can use any essential oil you like. Some of the oils used are: clary sage, geranium, lavender, and rose.
