And that is what is bother Darcy, who
says that her husband often complains
to her about her not having a butt at
all. "Can I get a perfect

she asks. Yes, you can. In Latin America
and the Middle East, the butt always has been as important as the
breasts and
"bigger is better," and of
course,
firm is good. That was no the case in
America and many parts of Europe, but with
the popularity of Jennifer Lopez that has
changed. We all want a great butts now. Here
are a few tips on how to get it. |

Size matters. Queen Latifah in the movie “Beauty Shop” asked, “Does my
butt look big with this pant?” The answer was
“Yes.” Latifah comments, “Great.”
Large butt: If your butt is larger than you want it to be, you have to see if you need to
lose
weight. If this is the case, you can not only reduce the size of your butt. You have to lose fat in order to reduce the size of the butt.
Working out is very important. You need
cardio exercise to
burn calories and
weight training
to firm it up and develop the
muscles. |
Small Butt: If your butt is flat or smaller than you want it, you can make it bigger. That is just what Jessica Simpson did. Because the butt is mostly muscle (gluteus
maximum) we can increase its size with
exercise and
diet. Weight training can definitely deliver a
perfect butt.
Firm butt: First and foremost a
perfect butt is a firm butt. Small or large – it does matter, but not as much if it is firm. Again, because it is muscle we can make it firmer and keep it firm. The key is exercise and
healthy
eating.

butt are simple everyday, easy exercises.
Just as the tummy, the gluteus can be contracted and released to stimulate the muscles in the area. Contract your butt and release
it and repeat when you remember.

Take the steps
when you can. Going up and down works the butt
muscles.

Hike or walk on
an inclined terrain. Just as the steps, this works the gluteus.
| Workout Routine for a firm butt
You can warm up for a couple of minutes. You may walk and stretch, march or
do any other activity that you prefer.
Repeat every exercise the following way:
One set is 12 repetitions. Do from one to three sets every time. When the routine becomes too easy, add ankle weights or hand weight depending on the exercise. You do not need to do all the exercises all the
time; you may vary them so the body has to always work hard, otherwise it gets used to the exercises and they are not as effective. You can do two or three exercises at the time. Try to do this routine 3 times a week every other day.
