Saggy? Body firming tips for women

Pam in Miami, Florida, 32 years old and mother of an infant daughter writes, "After my daughter was born and I nursed her, it seems as if I am no longer the same person. My breasts no longer as firm and perky it used to be, though I am still quite big chested. I suspect that my husband no longer finds me attractive but I am not sure if I want to go for breast augmentation plastic surgery. Do you have any tips on what I can do look attractive to him?"

What you are going through is not unusual. Many women find that after childbirth and nursing, they no longer have the body of a "teenager." Combined with the fact that you are also taking care of an infant, your husband might be feeling a bit withdrawn from you. Here are some fashion tips to pull him back to you:
  • Never wear very tight or very loose clothes. Wear clothes that just fit you comfortably.
  • Wear your clothes in a way that you shift attention away from your chest area. So for example, you can show your legs more by wearing short skirts. Or expose your waist by wearing low rise pants. Or use head and neck accessories.
  • Wear bras that have strong support so that they give you a lift. Men love large breasts; what they hate are when the sag.
  • Never take off your bra in front of him. You can simply switch to push up shelf bras. That way you can show what you want to show but the bra is always there to provide support and push them up. Since these bras are very pretty-looking you can always ask him, "Hey, do you like my new lingerie?" whenever he wonders why you are wearing a bra all the time.
  • If you are out of shape, try to lose some weight.
  • To keep your body firm, especially in the chest area, you should regularly use a high-quality body firming lotion. You may not see overnight results, but it is best to use something that works over time and produces longer-lasting results.
