Cheating boyfriend; how to deal with him

As Isadora writes, "I thought I had a great relationship with my boyfriend but now I have heard through the grapevine that he is sleeping with one of his colleagues. I am devastated. - Do not doubt yourself or destroy your self-esteem.
- Do not just end the relationship if you have been with him for so long and he is otherwise a wonderful man.
- You do need to have a conversation with him to find out what is on his mind, what he expects from the relationship, and what can both of you do together so that this does not happen again.
- Develop an action plan so that he can end his adulterous relationship(s) and get professional help.
- Agree on a course of action so that if he commits adultery again, you are free to do what you agreed upon without any discussions at all.
