I have been thinking of the explanation that Jennifer Aniston gave why Brad Pitt left her for Angelina Jolie. This wouldn't be big news except for the fact that while Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have found tremendous happiness, Jen has struggled. Her relationships with John Mayer and Vince Vaughn did not work out. It seems that the only places she finds love is in the movies. How ironical!

Millions of people still wonder why did Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston divorce. The question has intrigued me even more considering that Brad Pitt is so happy with Angelina Jolie and not only has chosen not to get married but has had children with her.

In an earlier interview with Vanity Fair Jennifer Aniston shared some reasons for the divorce but we now have some more information. She says in an interview:

"I think it's laziness. I think a good relationship is about collaboration. I think you just need to talk to each other. Say what you need. Say what you want. That way it's not threatening. You just need to say, 'This is important to me.' Don't expect your mate to read your mind...I think that's because it's just instinctual as a woman to be the caretaker of your home. Women complain that men don't do enough, but it's your own fault. You train your man to do nothing. You can't blame someone for not knowing what his or her job should be if you don't ask for it right off the bat...I think it's important to have closure in any relationship that ends - from a romantic relationship to a friendship. You should always have a sense of clarity at the end and know why it began and why it ended. You need that in your life to move cleanly into your next phase."

As if it was not ugly enough, the divorce of Christine Brinkley and Peter Cook gets even uglier. Like that Republican darling Craig Schelske, apparently Peter Cook too is obsessed with swinging and finding women on the Internet. No wonder then that Diana Bianchi was just one of his secret lovers.

It is clear that Brinkley is furious with her ex-husband that she wants to publicly humiliate him and destroy his social standing. I am not sure if Craig Schelske has been hurt in any way or that the Republican Party will really shun him. Nothing may happen to Cook either and he might go on being a good swinger. In my opinion, regardless of what the father of your children did, such bitterness does no good. At the end of the day, you still want your children to have a healthy relationship with their father.

Could there have been a cuter couple than Ryan Philippe and Reese Witherspoon? With their lovely children, they just seemed like the great American family that we so much aspire to have. Unfortunately, Hollywood relationships are always shaky considering that stars are always tempted by yet another hotter person.

That is what we all thought happened when Ryan and Reese divorced? It was all blamed on Abbie Cornish but she denied that it was her fault. I had no reason to doubt Abbie but it seems I was so wrong. Ryan and Abbie are now officially together and it is more than clear that she was the main reason why Reese's marriage fell apart.

If you look at this photo of Shaquille O'Neal and his wife Shaunie, you will never believe that this couple actually has decided to divorce. The legal reason for the end of their beautiful marriage is that it is "irretrievably broken," but what made it to break was the fight over money, the #1 reason for marriage problems.

The couple were married in a lavish wedding at a Beverly Hills hotel and now have six children altogether.

I think the lesson from this divorce is that couples should learn to better manage their personal finances.

Any time someone gets a divorce before 7 years have passed (the itch is not supposed to start by then), I get concerned. Of course, marriage of Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock didn't last much. So was the case with Kenney Chesney and Renee Zellweger.

Now you can add another name to that list: Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper have ended their marriage after a mere four months. What was the reason? Who knows? "Irreconcilable differences" is just meaningless outside the courtrooms.

There are several unanswered questions since these guys did not wed on a whim in Las Vegas. The two dated for a year, got engaged, and then tied the know.

You know when I think of these country music types, I imagine Jesus-fearing, Bible-reading, family oriented conservatives, but it seems that I am wrong. These guys are as bad as other Americans.

Remember Sara Evans who got a divorce from her husband Craig Schelske because the guy used to watch dirty stuff on his computer and sought all kinds of dirty stuff from strangers on the Internet? And no one knows what happened between Kenny Chesney and Renee Zellweger, but something doesn't look right to me. Then there is the story of Travis Stork and Sarah Stone.

Now we find out that Dan Roach, the husband of Wynonna Judd, is one creepy guy. You know I encourage couples to do whatever they are comfortable with, but there is simply no excuse for doing that to a child.

Dita Von Teese divorces Marilyn Manson over communication problems

I believe that Dita Von Teese (real name: Heather Sweet) is one of the two prettiest women on the planet; the other one is Christina Aguilera. So when she married Marilyn Manson (real name: Brian Warner), I was shocked.

While he is a great artist, I think he is somewhat weird. And apart from that, he has a poor record of relationships: messy ones with Melissa "Missi" Romero, Traci Lords, Rose McGowan, and Jenna Jameson.

What went wrong?

Unlike many other Hollywood divorces, this time we know the reason: lack of communication. It has also been learned that he is dating 19-year old Evan Rachel Wood. The two star in the horror film "Phantasmagoria."
