In a complete turnaround of events, Madonna and Britney Spears had a reunion and they appear to have become BFF. Now to the disappointment of many fans, they did not make out on stage, but they sure looked like great friends.

So why the change?

Maybe because Madonna and Guy Ritchie got a divorce? Or is that after her divorce from Kevin Federline, Britney too has cleaned up her act.

Remember how Madonna and Britney Spears made out on television for the whole world to see? Well, in an interview, Madonna now says that she has not seen her since then. She was polite enough to not disclose the real reasons for the two not to even socialize together, but she said that they just drifted apart.

In fact on a separate appearance on "The Late Show" with David Letterman, she actually made fun of Britney Spears for not wearing panties. "I love underpants...I've come to New York, and the first thing I hear is about everyone not wearing their underpants. What's going on?" she asked innocently.

To make it even clearer how she may not even be on talking terms with Britney, she suggested to Letterman that a pair of her underwear that she had given as a gift to him earlier should be sent to Britney.

Rumors about both of them being bisexual have been around for a long time. Kevin Federline has hinted about it, and according to the Daily Model, Jenny Shimizu, who was a lover of Angelina Jolie is going to claim in a forthcoming book that she slept with Madonna too at the same time that she was dating Jolie.

While it may sound strange to some, American women are exploring homosexuality in huge numbers.
